Jim worked with me from the beginning of my house buying experience. He was attentive to my needs and through conversations had a good understanding of what I was looking for. We looked at many homes and Jim was available in short notice. Very helpful and understood the city and its construction. After making an offer on the home, Jim stayed plugged in to the process. Due to my situation, my loan origination process was a struggle but Jim remained attentive and helped me in many ways to close. Due to the earthquake closing was delayed, but a week later Jim was able to work with the title company to get us closed and recorded on the same day. I feel Jim is a honest and professional real-estate agent and I would recommend him to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home in Anchorage.
